I had an appointment. They were supposed to be open all day. No one ever showed up. Called and left message. No response. Horrible business. And they have lost my business from now on. Highly suggest going elsewhere.
Absolutelfy HORRIBLE! Whatever you do, do not let these amateurs handle your taxes! GOD FORBID! I was LIED to by the preparer who lives in Ellettsville about the status of my taxes only to be told, when I called her boss, that they had not been filed as I was promised- months after turning them in. Here I sit, 7 months later, after having the manager, Amy, file them for free to compensate for LYING employees, and still haven't received my return. Amy is HORRIBLE about returning phone calls so don't expect ANY follow up to your questions, should you wonder why you haven't received your refund 6 months after filing. Trust me- use TurboTax. It's less expensive and you don't have to deal with wannabe business people posing as if they know what they're doing. Absolutely pathetic.
