Clean, fast, friendly. Presentation of burgers was not sloppy at all. Overall best McDonald's I've ever visited.
Always horrible service and rarely do you get what you order. Please let bots take mcds jobs. Possibly mcds has the worst service of any of the fast food chains
Staff was friendly and they bring your food to the table. You get a number to set on your table while you get your drinks. Super convenient, especially if you have a large order!
Always nice, fast and clean with all my orders, except they cannot get the oatmeal right. I wait 7 minutes in the wait lane. So I went in to see what the deal was. The hot water spigot puts out a dribble of water. They get tired of waiting on it and stop short. Result is thick and gooey. As long as it takes to add the hot water you'd think they would start it right away. Nope, it took 3 minutes to even start it. Then they really didn't know where to look for it. I got the feeling they aren't used to oatmeal orders. I stay away from burgers sausage etc... If they have it on the menu then should be prepared to get it out like anything else.
Food was good but the service beyond the really nice cash register guy wasn't so great. Our food sat in the bag on the counter for about 5 minutes before my wife walked up and asked if it was ours. They never called our number to say it was ours. At least they got the order right.
