Ordered flowers for our grandma and requested they be delivered to her apartment since she has trouble getting around. Not only did they deliver beautiful flowers to her personally, they even helped her arrange others that were delivered. Ordered flowers for my wife. I had to go to the store for a couple of minutes when they called to verify directions and I gave them some special delivery instructions. They followed them to a tee and my wife has no idea they were here. She loved them.
Excellent service. I ordered some flowers online for a funeral. It was stated that due to the seasons, not all flowers shown in the arrangements might not be available. No problem. Within 5 minutes of placing the order online, a very nice lady called me to let me know that one of the flowers in the arrangement I chose would have to be substituted. Absolutely no problem whatsoever. I did not attend this funeral service, but my husband did and he said the arrangement was huge and beautiful.
