My husband and I just bought our first house in July, we had been waiting waiting for our first bill for her. I wake up one day and our water is turned off, called them and they said "you were accidently put on the list, you having even got your first bill yet." They have done this multiple time ACCIDENTALLY but us on the shut off list.... MY husband and I HATE this place very UNORGANIZED!!!!!
Absolute nonsense. It's been weeks and I am STILL waiting on a refund. The office is great until they have your money, and each time I call and ask where it is I reach some snippy individual who acts as though their job is horribly difficult and it is physycally taxing to mail a check. I will never live in this town again, specifically to avoid the nonsense utilities.

EDIT: I was paid. It was like pulling teeth, and they acted like it was coming out of thier wallets.
Paid water bill, they took out of bank and are saying I still owe them money!!! The government here doesn’t do anything right!! They will try to screw you over whenever they can! Watch your bills they will charge you more then once!
