So glad we chose this Best Western. We normally stay at other chains, but this hotel was so convenient to our destination and seemed inviting. Even with a later than average check-in the associate at the desk was friendly and enthusiastic. Good job Best Western! We had a wonderful breakfast together and the check-out was late enough to allow for a little time in the exercise room. Our room was clean and comfortable and any one of the staff that we encountered in the morning were all so friendly. Thank you to Best Western and particularly the wonderful staff at the Martinsville location for a lovely stay. We will come again.
Great staff! Super friendly and they even gave me a bottle of water for my puppy. The room was big and spacious.

I dont usually leave reviews but this hotel definitely deserves it. This is by far the best hotel to stay at in Martinsville. We stayed all three hotels in Martinsville and this is the one i would keep getting back to.. Night shift not the friendliest but daytime staff and housekeeping were great and friendly. They made you feel family. Breakfast was good. With my morning sickness they were helpful and even if i was a little late for breakfast they always had something for us. Thanks for the great stay. Could not ask for better.

Great hotel in a convenient area. Extremely comfortable bed and quiet room. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!
