It was awful. First I got spoiled tea. I sat there with my 4 kids for n hr watching the crew eating while they were work no gloves.As my husband was getting ready to go complain bout our wait our waitress come to say they burnt our pizza!! AWFUL MANAGEMENT !!! Will not go back
Worst pizza ever. I wish I could give them a zero star. Filthy restaurant, terrible service. This place is a joke.
This place is getting better. This location was bought by an actual Pizza Hut franchiser. It is now taken over by a different GM. He has been over the restaurant since June 2017. So any comments or reviews stating an old GM, like Pam, is false information if it's any date past June 1st. You'll be seeing great changes in this store. Actual corporate standards have been set. Employees actually have to follow protocol now. If you haven't been here in awhile, retry it. Give the cleaning and maintenance some time. It has been neglected and that stuff takes time. However the food and look of the restaurant is better. The new GM truly is following what Pizza Hut stands for. if you have ANY issues what so ever, the GM wants to know so he can change and fix things that have been happening.
Carry out & delivery are fine, but went to dine in & walked right back out. Several customers sitting & not being waited on. The buffet had half a pizza & what looked like a bowl of old pasta & no salad. (This was peak lunch time btw)They did have a help wanted sign on the door to be fair, but unfortunately this particular restaurant seems to have gone down hill & not come back up.
I love pizza Hut but this was kne of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. the service was terrible, the food wasn't all that good, we were over charged, just to name a few bad points. I will be calling corporate about our visit.
