Awful. States you have 60 days to pay a past due balance before you are locked out of your unit. They began threatening to go into my unit and clean it out after a month. The only reason the bill hadn't been paid was because there is no easy way to pay. No one ever answers the phone number provided, the website gave me an error message every time I tried to sign up for the online bill pay, and the location in Monrovia has no kiosk so you have to drive all the way to far southeast side of Martinsville to pay at the kiosk. I won't be messing with this headache every month. Going back to public storage, where they make it easy to give them my money.
