Clean organized. Employees are nice and considerate. The ONE groomer did the best job cutting my dogs nails she has ever had. She was very nice and pleasant and could tell she genuinely liked her job. Prices are really high at pet smart. I hardly buy anything there.
Limited supplies due to being a small store. Caters to dogs and felines, not much for fish, amphibians, rodents, or birds. The staff are not very knowledgeable, but then again, small town so I'd imagine it's hard to find knowledgeable people to work there. Store is very clean, 2 extra stars for that.
This place is really good place to find all your pet needs.
Because the store itself isn't all that busy, there's usually very little staff and short business hours on features like grooming. That being said, I've always had pleasant visits with the staff. Their selection of pet items is awesome compared to anywhere else in town, but it is a little pricey. Definitely worth the visit if you're not in a rush and have a silver penny to spend.
