Their pricing on the items they sell are out of control. Insainly high.
WARNING!!! Found a used bike on the net that was for sale at Flat Out Motorsport. When I arrived there, I went to the sales desk and asked for a sales person to assist with the purchase. The owner was available to assist the sale and answered some questions about the bike. Since the bike was a 2003 old bike, I asked for a reduced selling price and that put the owner off. He told me that this was an insult to ask for a reduced price and therefore he decided to not to sell it to me and asked me to leave the store!!?? I refused and he asked me again to leave or he would call the police!! I still refused and then his wife or so came and pushed me each time I was not stepping out of the store. I asked her to stop pushing me before I will press charges. Once I said this, the owner then came to me, apologized and then finally sold me the bike. This was my first and LAST time I buy from Flat Out Motorsport. Reviews matter and I now know why this store is at the low 3 star.
It was in and out, new what we. Wanted, the limited addition cheery red amd pearl white. She is a beauty.
I have always been treated well and feel I have been given value for my money, whether it was in the purchase or the servicing of my scoot.
Has done a great job performing annual service and winterizing our jet ski. Keeps scheduled appointments, doesn't try to upsell unnecessary services. Secure storage while the jet ski is on site. I would recommend them to fellow water sport enthusiasts.
