I took my 2003 Suburban in for two new front tires The technician worked quickly and showed me the problems with the two tires that I wanted to replace, just to make sure I knew what the issue was and what he was planning on doing. There was one issue though--they did put on the wrong size tires (they put on the standard sized tires instead of the slightly larger tires we already had on). I discovered the problem when my 4-wheel drive wasn't working. My husband worked out the problem with the manager and we both were happy with the solution. Would recommend them for new tires.
